Description

Supports the Operations Manager and Supervisors with a combination of field production responsibilities and office administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collect production reports from the field
  2. Assist with production reporting
  3. Compile data and entering it into a database
  4. Support with timesheet collection
  5. Update task codes and work codes
  6. Update all computer systems
  7. Liaise with supervisors in regards to reporting, allocations and other departmental requirements.
  8. Perform other duties as required, requested, or assigned.


SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Requirements

Business/Office Admin education and 2 – 5 years’ experience in an office environment. Construction/Utility industry experience considered an asset.
